Flower Tulle Skirts!
Our beautiful tulle skirts are filled with a bouquet of lovely fabric flower petals that will make your little fairy want to frolic all day long! Satin ribbon accent at enclosed elastic waist. We use yards of tulle for fullness around in each skirt.
XSmall (Infant) - 16" waist, 7" length
Small (Toddler) - 18" waist, 9" length
Medium - 20" waist, 13" length
